I am in a rut! In the beginning I planned all of my meals a week in advance and for the most part, stuck to it. Now I have some favourites - my go to cereal breakfast, my boring cheese sandwich lunch, my slow cooker chicken dinner...so I have not planned like I should, not weighed and measured like I should. This hasn't shown up on the scales (thank goodness) but I find I am drifting from my previously good, healthy habits to some not so good habits. Time for a change! My challenge for myself is to find some more interesting recipes for this week - try something different - and have a plan!
