Starting a Streak

March 1st - success!!!!! Stayed within calorie range, drank 8+ 8oz glasses of water, wrote in my journal, finished W4 of C25K.
March 2nd - food is planned out with wiggle room for a treat, 8+ 8oz glasses of water on the way, got my journal out and will be writing in a few minutes, rest day from exercise (housework).
I plan on keeping this going....
