I love walking as the sun is coming up. The world seems so peaceful. The air is fresh and this morning a little cooler. Since joining Spark I have read a lot of fitness articles. They mention that for some people getting your workout early in the day makes you more likely to actually workout. For me that is true. The longer in the day I wait, the less likely I will. My hubby is not a morning person, so my walking partner is my daughter’s dog. He is always ready to lead the way.
