weighed in today stayed the same for 2 weeks running

I weighed in at weight watchers today and am 100.6. I have 3 weeks until my nieces baptism and i am going to lose 10 kilos i want to be 90 kilo. I will buy myself a nice dress to wear i will go shopping in 2 weeks time for something nice that i like. I went swimming today and am going to get on the treadmill now for a hour walk.

    I find I always have my best losses when I drink my 8 glasses of water and I include strength training exercises as part of my exercise routine. Follow Dolly1259's advice about measuring, the scale doesn't always show movement. Wishing you all the best. emoticon

    Check your measurements. Sometimes the scale doesn't move but the tape measure will! Even if it doesn't ,hang in there it will in time!
