And they are NOT Psycho!
To accomplish at least 1,000 fitness minutes, working out at least 6 days a week.
I am avoiding (sounds better than "giving up") soda and white carbs for the month.
I am limiting my coffee to 2 cups per day.
Tracking every single bite with "being in range" the ultimate goal.
I am also setting the goal of meditation. Searched around and found a little intro book to zazen and going to give it a try. Think I need to find a way to quiet the mind and push the busy crap drama of my job out of my mind and let the sun shine in from time to time.
I am trying coconut palm sugar for a sweetener - very low glycemic index with lots of other good nutrients and the calorie count is modest. I don't use a lot of straight sugar to begin with, but every little cut corner helps. I might be using a T. a day of this for 15 calories.
Yesterday was day one of my plan for March. All goals were met and I had a calorie deficit of -584.
How can I improve on yesterday (always ask this question) - more effort in the exercise department - yesterday was a "minimum" day and that does not cut it.
