As of January,I only weight myself once a week because I want to move on from the scale obsession.
Last week I did not lose and I thought it was because of fluid retention.
This Wednesday afternoon when I went to the doctor,she weighed me and I was 194lbs,so I thought "great! That means a weight loss for Saturday".
And yesterday I was bragging that my jeans felt loose!
And I've been "good"all week".
But when I got on the scale this morning, 193.6!
The scale is such a nasty thing!
Let's try for better results next Saturday.

After I got up from sparking ( a few hours after my weight-in) I got on the scale again and it said 193.2. That's what I'll put on my ticker because it makes me feel better.
That's my story and i'm sticking to it.
