1) What new habit you wish to develop?

Hard question, as I have many new habits I wish to develop. But if I was to chose one, it would be exercise. I think exercise is important as you get older. It might help to prevent me from getting high blood pressure, diabetes etc. It is good for your muscles and bones and in my old age it might mean the difference of me being able to walk or not. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    You said it right. Exercise is so important. Do I need to get out the red shoes yet? I need to come back to your blog each time I don't want to exercise. Thanks for the reminder.

    I agree exercise is good not only for weight loss but just overall health and wellness. It also helps keep us mobile and helps our joints etc.. emoticon

But with exercise I find doing too much in one hit causes me problems with the slight osteo arthristis I have in my hips. So I find doing 10 mins at a time four days a week great for me and better than none at all. Sometimes too less is better. But we are all individual and have to work out what works best for ourselves.

    hi kayelene, yep exercise can go a long way... but sometimes I feel it's the reason I CAN'T walk on occasion! think I overdid it some years ago.

    Hi Kaylene..... Great blog. I find with the exercise I have been doing I can now get down and look into my low cupboards. For ages I have been waiting for my Grand daughters to come for a visit and get them to do it. emoticon Enjoy our long week-end.

emoticon ? I have found that since I have been exercising more, emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon my joints are much looser and I am feeling so much better .
There is a saying .If you don't use it, you will loose it .
This is so right xx
