1) What new habit you wish to develop?
Hard question, as I have many new habits I wish to develop. But if I was to chose one, it would be exercise. I think exercise is important as you get older. It might help to prevent me from getting high blood pressure, diabetes etc. It is good for your muscles and bones and in my old age it might mean the difference of me being able to walk or not.
