I tried to remember to drink water, didn't eat much today. Could not face cooking eggs again for breakfast! Not really hungry and frustrated that I stayed the same after fairly much sticking to the meat diet. Made the bran pancakes for brunch, really pretty good with some shallots and seasoning!
I met a friend for coffee in the afternoon to hear about her OS trip. Normally we would have eaten but today I stayed strong, even though I wondered how many calories in a macaroon -they are mostly egg white aren't they?
We went to the movies and the mall before to eat- ended up with grilled fish, very unappetising. Then hubby and I decided to share my fave meal without the rice. Barbecue teriyaki pork, yummy, spicy and just enough to feel satisfied. Our Friday night treat was movies-Lincoln, interesting history to an Aussie, and Daniel Day-Lewis what a performance!
Determined to keep on track- but on reflection, maybe I am not eating enough?? if that's possible,
