Time to set some goals for March, which is already shaping up to be an extremely busy month!
1. Exercise: Yoga 3x per week, workout videos 3x per week, walk every day
2. Food: Stay within calorie range, eat enough fruit/veggies each day
3. Planning to succeed: plan meals, shop for fresh produce, plan social events that are active
4. Motivation: Blog, videos, make a poster
5. Saying no: sugary drinks, staying up late
2 months till my birthday! Hope to have lost 5-10 kg by then :)
