I DID IT! I completed my goal to finish February. And I have day 1 down for MARCH!
I am exhausted beyond belief... so much on my plate been a hectic week. But I did not let the chaos of my daily life get in the way of my goals.
New goals to complete. Make a daily blog a day... even if it's just a few lil jots... recap my previous week... do a work out video a day... continue my tracking... and find/share motivational quotes maybe as a daily status update!
I joined the new You workout program today and just finished my first 10m cardio pretty cool. It's a 7 day program. Figured it's a good way to start the first week of March.
