This year is just flying by!
Can't quite get my head around the fact that it is MARCH already!
I have quit both the Fernwood gym and left Curves after the 3 supervised sessions of the circuit.
yes mixed feelings.
I am currently working long hours and was getting quite stressed about not having time to go to the gym!
So my strategy now is to utilise the equipment that I have at home and save on membership fees at the same time.
I now have the luxury of a laptop so can now get the Sparkpeople exercise videos up on the large TV screen and make use of them as well.
I am also embarking on a 3 week program to shift stored fat. Once I have completed the program I will let you know what I think of it . It works on the philosophy of keeping my food intake to food that has not been processed at all and steering clear of all grain based foods.
I have a persistent 7 kgs to get rid of by August. My goal is to be 60kgs at 60 years of age!
