The main challenge for Springing to Action this week is to create a workout game and complete it at least twice.
I have to admit, I had difficulty with this one. I'm not very creative when I'm given a specific task. My brain automatically goes blank.
First, I chose exercises most beginners could do. I then decided my favorite show The Walking Dead would be the backdrop of the game. I searched on Pinterest for other Walking Dead workout games for moments to put the exercises to. Like I said, my mind goes blank.

Opening Credits - Walk in place to warm up
Commercials - Stretch
Someone kills a walker - Swivel your hips 5 times
Someone screams - 5 wall or modified push ups
Someone dies - 5 squats
Someone cries - 5 knee lifts
