Had a great day teaching (1/2 day , 10:55am-3:20pm) and I got paid extra to home school a student (4PM-5PM). Ate well (proper) today, but I only had 4-5 hours sleep and I am going to bed late, so while food intake is well, I am not giving the workers of my body the hours needed to complete all the daily repairs. On the positive side I do not have to set my clock tomorrow, hopefully I will sleep well and long.

    It's good to be aware of the need for balance . . . and to identify when we step out of it.

Creative people - as you as a writer are - it is easy to get caught up in the moment with a creative idea and forget to stoke the fire.

Keeping your health and professional goals in focus and balance is important. Glad you're on top of it.

    Your blog title "Balance" drew me in. Balance. What's that? Maybe one day I will understand this concept. All kidding aside, you ate healthy and earned some extra money. Sounds like a great day and a good start to a new month. Hope you were able to catch up on your rest.
