Every day this week but Monday I ate really good, whole food. I think it is starting to pay off since my end of the day weight was only 142.2! This weekend should be a breeze since the man is on a major healthy eating and weightloss kick... He's lost about 15 lbs in the last month and a half! Next week I plan on rewarding myself with jewelry (see my Spark front page) and my new healthy habit will be sleeping more than 7 hours per night. New Rock boots here I come!
