The goals I want to reach by the first day of spring on March 20th.
1. Since my BP is still in the high range I need to work on getting it in the safe range.
Work on getting my sodium in the low range I did manage to get it in my range but it was at the high end.
2. Trying new veggies and the recipes shared by teammates.
3 eat less canned veggies and more fresh and frozen ones
4 Write out menus for set days and not just make a list and decided that morning what I am going to have and stick to the plan.
5 Complete the training for the month for my 12 k race in May
6 Since Easter is at the end of the month but after the I am to be in a smaller size out fit for Easter
7 continue to get my proper hydration in each day
8 Remember that rest days are just as important as work out days
9 take time for me it can be as simple as Sparking with friends / writing in my journal what I am thankful for each day
10 complete the mini challenges at the gym each week
11. continue to work on slowing down my eating not healthy to eat fast.
Its like the old saying “take care of your pennies and your dollars will take care of them selves” this was on a bank I had as a kid. I changed a few words to help me on the Spark trail.
Take care of what I put in my month and increase my activity and the weight will take care of its self and I will find less of me when Mach 20 arrives.
