I have accept the challenge to Streak into Spring.
While I have been working out this winter it has not been as consistent as I would like due to a chest infection.
I am have working out on the Wii and really have been enjoying it.
I am going to add one video exercise from the SparkPeople Cardio Blast DVD. Today I did the 10 minute Walk It Out
I want to be able to wear flip flops this summer and feel just like this.
Not worrying about anyone and being happy with who I am.
Is anyone else doing the Streak into Spring Challenge?
