My WUB (weekly update blog) Sat. MARCH 2nd
1.Working toward 500 Fitness Minutes goal for the month of March. 1 point
2. "Daily, base 2 of 3 meals on veggies." 3 points
Breakfasts were blended salads with 1 fruit. Lots of spinach this week.
3. " No more than one cup of coffee per day.
And drink minimum of 8 glasses of water and/or green tea per day." 3 points...
Very hard for me to stop coffee!!! My fibro pain has been less. that is the pay off.
4. "Limit SP time to 2 hours. ...
... so "Me Time" is used for a hobby or seeing a friend or something active like taking a walk." 2.5 points
well I limited SP but the fun stuff will have to wait.
5. Water aerobics at least 3 times per week---- 1 points!
All week I had to focus on finances.This is my biggest challenge at tax time!Yuk!
6. Actually write the Weekly Update Blogs on these goals to keep me focused. 3 points!
doing this weekly is harder than it looks! But it has helped me a great deal.
I almost skipped writing the WUB this week. My desk is about 50%-60% cleaned off. That is after everyday working on it daily for a week! Yes, I had papers piled up to my eyeballs!Lots of bills to straighten out. Fibro fog limits my progress here.
Also, DH is getting physically harder to care for.
I have to clean his BMs nightly now. So my evenings are not too pleasant.
A PCA (personal care aide) does this each morning.
He is still fun and chatty and we have nice times together. In fact his brain is a bit improved.
But...today he took a phone call saying he has an appt. Mon. at 10:00 am. He can't remember where?
He refused to get the phone for several years because he thought he'd be confused. Now he is answering it and writing the messages for me. Also, he wrote the message very clearly and was very proud of that. Nearly like his engineering printing training. So I cannot even be mad at him. He worked very hard at this. He in fact did give me one message correctly today.
