New Daily Goals

Today I evaluated this past month and thought on goals for March. I did well in accomplishing my daily goals in February. So I am upping both exercise and freggies.
I am also adding another goal. One of my weaknesses as I said in my last blog is nibbling all day long. One of my teams (Worlds Best Grandmas and Grandpas Team) has a daily challenge. Today was "Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will..." I am going to have this as a daily challenge for me this month.
1) Blog --
2) Exercise at least 50 minutes.
3) Eat at least 5 freggies a day
4) Instead of eating something unhealthy today, I will...eat an Atkins Protein Bar.
