A&I March Challenge Wk 1 Motivation

Blog about what have you found that has worked to get your motivation back once you've lost?

When I've fallen off track, I make a change to my daily goals. I also read some inspiring articles. I use SP to get new ideas for fitness and meals. Basically, I just try to change things up a bit.
