All I want to do is eat.....

...but I'm still sugar free....yaaay!

I'm working it, ya' know? I just want to eat, it seems, all the time. I'm trying to pay attention to how full I am. Also, I'm probably not drinking enough fluids. I'm positive about that.

However, I'm resisting the urge to eat junk. The urge really only comes on when old habits reign their ugly heads, for instance, eating sugary foods under stress.

I think I'm feeling a little more clear headed, that is, less fuzzy brained from all the sugar I was consuming before 2/22/13 when this started. No sugar-junk food plan going good so far, but I know that each day is successful only with my Father's help. To the glory of God.

    REDMOUNTAIN: Thanks. I'll try to plan my snacks ahead of time. I'm not much of a planner, but I think this will have to change if I'm going to be successful.

    Sometimes I just want to snack. I have been planning ahead of time for those times. I also am working on increasing my fiber. That seems to help me.
