Fun Friday

Friday, March 01, 2013

I went to bed on Thursday night around 9:15..I never go to bed that early. But it felt good to sleep until 5:30 am and feel rested. I got up around 6. I puttered, got the dh out the door for work and took Dana dog for a walk(She is doing much better quite perky in fact).

Having already decided to skip Zumba, I did a yoga and abs workout and then had breakfast, After I enjoyed a one mile march with the tv, Then it was off on errands and ending up at a surprise birthday party for a good friend.

Lots of fun and good was a nice change from reality...(some old friends got in touch and that was nice too!!!)

have a wonderful weekend!!! emoticon

My sleep has been so off lately, I've been feeling exhauste.d.. not a good way to feel... took a relaxing restful day off today.

I gotta get back into exercising, I mean besides the little walks I usually take each day... Haven't walked with Leslie in a very long time, gotta smarten up.. like my friend Terri, she sets such good examples....
