Goals for March

I am a big beleiver in saying your goals out loud to someone or writing it down somewhere. It empowers you and adds some additional accountability. Here are my March Goals:
1: All of March follow ETL 90 percent of the week with a 10 percent variation per the ETL book.
2: Try one new ETL friendly recipe per week
3: Ride my bike twice a week.
4: Limit wine intake to 3 drinks per week.
These goals are attainable for me. I start today and have had all ETL friendly food.
