Wow.
I just finished doing 4 different videos here on SP... and I've only burned 202 calories! BooHoo!
Oh, well, I just tried out four new (to me) videos that will give me different options for when I'm bored!
I did a 10 minute lower body workout that turned out to be Day 5 of the Seven Day Bootcamp videos.
I then did the 6 minute butt blaster! ow.
Followed by the 9 minute seated arm and shoulder dumbell workout. (I've been slacking on my strength training days)
Finished up by the 20 Minute Fat Blasting Cardio Sculpt workout.
45 minute workout altogether. Not bad! Wish I had gotten in some walking today, but I didn't.
Stayed within or under my ranges today.
Cereal with fruit for breakfast. Beef stew with veggies for lunch. Apple for a snack. Mashed potatos, pork-turkey sausage, and pears for dinner.
I had mini-marshmallows for dessert, though. A whole cup of them.
I think I need to go find that "Tame your sweet tooth" challenge or team. I know I don't need a treat every day. I know it, but I still find myself searching for one.
And unfortunately... It's girl scout cookie season.... and my dad just put oreos on the grocery shopping list... and my birthday is in 8 days, so I know my Mom will want to bake me a treat.
But these all sound like excuses... probably because they are! I'm going to go look into taming my sweet tooth, and then hopefully I will be able to work on restraining myself and improving my willpower.
But at least I got in 45 minutes of exercise instead of none. And I got in some strength training exercises today instead of just another day of cardio.
