March Madness is the NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship single-elimination college basketball tournament. Then the last 2 teams standing will play for the championship!
Well, that's my challenge for myself. I will be eliminate the pounds and any excuses this month. I will continue with my clean eating. However, I will be pushing into my workouts. I will continue Les Mills' Combat. I just love this workout, because I feel so empowered when I'm doing it. Those punches and kicks make me feel like I'm ready to kick some serious butt. Nobody better mess with me at least when I'm doing those workouts. I will incorporate more of the 60-minute workouts as well as HIITs this month. For the strength training, I'm going to be doing Jari Love's Ripped to the Core. This is a 60-minute strength training program. It is no joke!
With these workouts and eating clean, I know I will do some damage to these extra pounds. Also, into the equation, I will continue my restroom challenge: 10 squats, 10 lunges per leg, and 10 wall pushups.
So, I'm going to suck it up in order not to suck it in anymore!
Also, I believe this will get me ready for the Insanity workout for April & May!
