All I have to say is I had to step on the scale multiple times this morning at my monthly weigh in because I couldn't believe what I was seeing!!!
On February 1st, I started out with the weight of 220 pounds.
This morning, March 1st, I stepped on the scale and it said 211!!! Down 9 pounds in one month.
The running every morning with my husband and eating carefully has been paying off....
I love this feeling! I now know what it's like to stick to something and seeing results! I am going to keep it up because I love this feeling!!!
I must add that weighing myself monthly is much better and less stressful than weighing myself weekly. That way I don't obsess and get down on myself so much!
I want to see my collar bones again!!!!
