C25K and March Goals

Just completed C25K W2D3. I'm all flush-faced and warm! I did all the runs at 4.5! However, I did not do the last run...I walked it instead. So, I am going to repeat W2D3 on Monday. I feel that I need to be able to run all the runs at 4.5 before I am really ready to move on. I just couldn't convince myself to run that last run today. I pushed myself through the second to last run by doing positive affirmations. I went through the alphabet and did an affirmation for each letter...it got me through...distracted me from those "I want to stop" thoughts.
I ate in range today. At the end of the day, I didn't have a lot of calories left, so I opted for Subway for supper which is one of my easiest low-calorie meals. When we got there, I was surprised that "my" sandwich is the $3 6-inch sub for March! Yay! I like the Grilled chicken sandwich...I don't add any cheese...I do get it toasted...and I add lettuce, tomato, pickles, and black olives. It's only 310 calories. Then I got the apple slices...another 35 calories. That's a 345 calorie meal. Yay!
I need to set some goals for March. I want to keep progressing with the C25K program. I want to start an ST program. I want to eat in range as many days as possible. I want to see some weight loss and get into the lower end of the 180's. I want to continue my binge-free streak. Hmmm...yep, that'll do for March goals, I think.
DD is still pregnant! She was due today and is hopeful to go into labor this weekend and deliver my granddaughter. We're excited! I have a trip planned in a couple of weeks to go visit them. Can't wait to hold that little bundle of joy! (And I can't wait to find our her name! They are keeping it a secret until she arrives!)
