Hi kids.............

WoW this has been a week to beat all for me. My friend Nan is the trustee of a friends estate. I told her if there was anything I do to help let me help let me now. Isn't that what friends do? Well she called upon me to help and help I did. First we had to handle those poor long lost relatives that show up after the death and want to clean out or clean up I should say. So made copies of every paper Nan had to prove the facts to these people. The sweetheart that she is gave them all a chance to get what they wanted. ( Betty the lady who passed on ) wanted almost everything she owned to go to the Salvation Army.

So with that in mind we have been laundry, because neither of us wanted to give them anything dirty. Then started packing boxes, holy cow Betty was 89 years old and she lived in this house for over 50 years and I believe with all my body and soul that she NEVER threw any thing away, EVER.

After going through all that I now know I will be cleaning things out before I go so my kids don't have that to deal with. We did get most of it done hopefully by the end of this weekend it will be done HURRAY

I took one off and went with my girls that run the knitting thing. They have gotten very interested in real estate lately. In the last 3 months they have bought 2 houses in Chico. One for them to have a place to go on the weekends. They are of Jewish faith and they can't walk 40 miles to go to temple on Saturday. So they bought a really cute little place to stay at on the weekends. Just three blocks from temple. Then they bought a house about 1 mile from Chico State U. They want to fix that up and rent to college students, it's a really nice 3 bedroom.

Now they can't do any fixing up until after the middle of May, Why you ask, well let me tell you. Those lucky girls are going on a Mediterrian Cruise. They leave next week and don't return until the 27th of May. Must be nice. So thursday I went with them to pick up the keys to their house and we went to the Olive Garden for lunch to celebrate. Won't see them for a little while. So I'm thinking I may have the knitting girls over to my house if they want. We'll see how every one feels about that.

So that pretty much wraps up my week. I smell dinner, YUM Kenny is cooking orange chicken with potatoes and a veggies and salad Good thing too that little bowl of soup I had at lunch is worn itself away and I am hungry LoL. So that being said Have a grand weekend and keep those smiles going.
