1: Lose 16 pounds and get into onderland
2: go to the gym seven times a week
3: reach 10,000 step goal six days a week
4: pack food for work every weekday
5: make the fridge a safe place
Update! Ring has become too big in the last month! I'm 15 pounds down and I'm holding off on getting it resized till April!
