I have been struggling since the beginning of this year. I have been regular with exercise, which has been my saving grace. However, i am struggling with getting back on plan with eating. Added to it i have been sick or caring for sick ones almost the entire two months. I
I have gotten some great suggestions from people and am at the point where i am ready to try to get back on plan again.
Over the next week i will be working on redoing my goals and also coming up with my action plan and reaction plan for when i hit the potholes in the road on my journey. I also think i am not going to focus so much on losing weight as fast as i can. I think maybe planning some maintenance periods in my weight loss journey might be a good thing for me. We will see. Nothing is set in stone other than that giving up is not an option. Wish me luck!
