Down, not out!

I have been struggling since the beginning of this year. I have been regular with exercise, which has been my saving grace. However, i am struggling with getting back on plan with eating. Added to it i have been sick or caring for sick ones almost the entire two months. I
I have gotten some great suggestions from people and am at the point where i am ready to try to get back on plan again.

Over the next week i will be working on redoing my goals and also coming up with my action plan and reaction plan for when i hit the potholes in the road on my journey. I also think i am not going to focus so much on losing weight as fast as i can. I think maybe planning some maintenance periods in my weight loss journey might be a good thing for me. We will see. Nothing is set in stone other than that giving up is not an option. Wish me luck!

    Good Luck! You have it all figure it out....Is best to loose slow and when the scale does not butch....don't worry think of the time when there was no scales instead look at yourself in a mirror and check out your new figure or take a measuring tape and measure your waist.....also look at the changes you have made in your eating habits, when is easier to get an apple that is to get a bag of chips or a bottle of water instead of a soda.....those are real accomplishments. I too have had my share of struggles this year but I'm focusing in smaller goals easy to achieve and continue on my journey head on.

    I have had the opposite problem! I am doing well on my eating plan, but have gotten out of the habit of exercising due to illness and bad weather, etc. Just excuses, really! I am ready to get started again!
