Today's workout involved Hiit Tabata #2. I did find it to be a more manageable Tabata workout than the first one. The moves were challenging yet not so advanced I couldn't do them. I started and I struggled through the first round of pushups and the plank. I realized I forgot to put my Gripads on. I replayed the video a total of 6 times and in rounds 2-6, I OWNED those pushups. I did the stacked foot pushups like a boss. I was so proud of myself.

I did the newest Hiit Core workout too as a bonus after the workout one round. I did the workouts as best I could. I struggle with side planks. My balance sucks and I ended up resting my knee on the ground. I know that is something I need to work on and improve.

I didn't do the 20 minutes of skipping that she said to do because I don't think I could do 20 straight minutes. Plus, I was already toast from the workout at that point. I can see myself doing the abs part of that workout after my workouts this week like Lisa recommended, but without the skipping. lol.
