I don't ever wan to find those 15 lbs again so they are not lost.
I gave up alcohol for lent and it has been fun to eat more food since I'm not using the calories for alcohol. Even got to have scoop of raspberry chip ice cream tonight...yum.
Felt like I wasn't "on my game" as much this week but the scale managed to give me a treat anyway. Just goes to show you that if you stay on track most days, this stuff does work. Just a little over 13 weeks into this and I'm praying that I'm making changes that can be implemented for the long haul.
