I don't know about you, but I really am ready for spring this year. Every day, when I drive up and down my street, I look at the shrinking piles of snow. Some are still several feet high, and extend into our road, but the lawns are really showing, and I think I noticed the redish tinge some of the bushes get when spring is approaching. I think I am just so ready I will see anything.
I am ready to want to walk up and down my little dead end street.
I am ready to tackle my garden, and weeds.
I am so ready. And I know that will help in the fitness department as well.
Today, I did not start the day with my exercise, but I did fit in about a mile of walking. And at supper (leftover chicken soup and salad), I mentioned I had really wanted to start getting on the wii on mornings I don't work, and in the afternoons on the days I work. My husband pulled out the wii after supper for some wii bowling, and we played 2 games, twenty minutes. I bounced around in between rounds while waiting my turn. About twenty minutes of playing. Then I had an apple with a little cream cheese fruit dip, followed by some almonds.
I also logged ALL my food today, and am still working on my water.
I am in the process of trying to make a daily plan/schedule for fitting in fitness, chores, creativity. I am committing my work to God.
Have a great weekend. February is behind us, and we can push on towards waiting for daffodils, and forsythia and all our flowered friends greeting us.
