I ate too much today (pizza)
I did do 60 minutes of Yoga,15 minutes of core
I did 4090 steps,1.60 miles,1051 calories burned.
I actually feel nauseous. I think it's because of the too much pizza. I believe the yoga and bad food are in a power struggle. emoticon Oh well, live and learn.
