Well, March is here and I'm working even harder to maximize my workouts at the gym. It's funny how quickly your endurance builds up in a short amount of time. Saturdays are tough getting to the gym with my work schedule and I haven't figured it out to my satisfaction yet. I'm finding myself becoming more social , probably due to not feeling as negative about myself and apprehensive about socializing for fear of scrutiny. Stuff I definitely need to work on. Progress not perfection they say and I am progressing.

    Keep it up!! The comment on the endurance is definitely something I can relate to -- improvements like that aren't as tangible as smaller numbers on a scale, but they can be oh so much more meaningful!! We spend a lot of time picking on ourselves, I am so happy that you are consciously turning away from the negative and embracing the positive aspect of your new outlook.

    Small changes yield huge results - if we have the patience to see it through.
