OK, so I listened to SparkRadio earlier today while cleaning house and decided to start a new streak - I reset my goals and decided I would visit one SparkTeam and two SparkFriend a day... now I can always visit more if I have time but I figure this is achievable with out spending too much time on my behind not focusing on fitness. I figure if I am checking in with everyone daily it will encourage me to log my nutrition and fitness.
I reset my goals (weight and date) earlier
I am going to update my SparkPage with all my goals
I will visit my groups and friends by bedtime
I have been tracking my nutrition
I am super excited, can't wait to get my fitness on - gonna bundle up and walk the dog!
