I haven't been too active, either on spark people or in real life. But I am happy to say that I made some small positive steps. All this week I was able to walk my kids to & from school, twice a day, to equal 3 km each day. Also I have been able to go for a couple longer evening walks with my hubby. I have also been fairly consistent with doing some simple strength exercises - crunches, push-ups, squats and planks. Still needing to work on my motivation, but it will come back I'm sure. We have been getting some nice springlike weather so that has been helping. Here are a couple pictures of my school walls!
