I have been thinking about Visualization lately, can visualizing your dream body help you get that body? Ok so don't get me wrong I don't think that just wanting to look like a certain way is going to get me there, but can it help? Jon Gabriel says this: "Almost all great athletes practice some form of visualization. As author Wayne Dyer says, "you'll see it when you believe it." Spend some time each day visualizing your ideal body and going about your day in a balanced and emotionally poised manner. "
I don't think it hurts knowing what you want to look like when you get to "goal". So many times I lost focus on my goals because I couldn't visualize myself at that goal?
