Didn't end February on a real positive note. My weight is up .9 lbs. from the beginning of of the month. I had been doing really well then we ate dinner out two days in a row. I missed only one day of exercising and 4 days of Sparking during the month. I think the best part of the whole month was getting my Fitbit Zip and finally getting my 10,000 steps. I am determined to make some headway in March!
