Didn't end February on a real positive note. My weight is up .9 lbs. from the beginning of of the month. I had been doing really well then we ate dinner out two days in a row. I missed only one day of exercising and 4 days of Sparking during the month. I think the best part of the whole month was getting my Fitbit Zip and finally getting my 10,000 steps. I am determined to make some headway in March!

    Please. Up .9 pounds? What is that, one glass of water? Two? The IMPORTANT thing is that you're getting in your 10,000 steps consistently, and how awesome is THAT?!?

    I think March is going to be better. February was rather difficult with all the snow. And you have your new FitBit to enjoy! I'm looking for a better month too in March! I start and stop each month the same. I like that I haven't gained, but am disappointed to not lose. We can do it!
