Water. And more water.
Starting to get used to this. I am finding that if I add sugar free drink mix to my water, it goes down a little better.
Raspberry Green Tea. Think I'll get a couple different flavors tomorrow.
I'm doing really good with maintaining my appetite by exercise. And chewing sugar free gum.
Taking this one hour at a time. Everything in me, wants to walk to the hospital and get a Pepsi, and a candy bar. My body has gotten so used to the sugar intake every day.
Plus side? No caffeine withdrawal headaches yet.
