what the heck happened??? emoticon i was waiting in the line at wal-mart, they had this HUGE cylinder filled with "movie treats". there were snow caps (no problem) whoppers (no problem) jujus (REALLY no problem), M&M's (some what of a problem, but can over come)

but dog gone it.... it is those blasted MILK DUDS! emoticon . it was like they were practically SINGING to me... "buy us! buy us!" and of course... i listened! emoticon and did i buy one box??? NO, i bought TWO! what the hay? emoticon .

WELL, i figured, we are having a family movie night, so after dinner i will have some, meaning ONE serving! (there is THREE in the box, mind you). guess how THAT turned out? emoticon

well, in my defense, dinner was taking too long to cook, and those little buggers by this time were YELLING, practically crying to me! emoticon well, i couldn't let them be upset....

and now here i sit on the couch... emoticon feeling... well, a little over filled emoticon . and feeling guilty emoticon ...

and guess what? the OTHER box has started calling to me, emoticon ... i think it is gonna be a L-O-N-G night.... emoticon

I love those things. I liked your use of icons and enjoyed your blog. This is a lifestyle re-direction. Don't let this duds define your journey. emoticon emoticon

I hear you, been there, done that :-(( Hey, a solution for you : do like Homer did in the Odysseys, you can be tied to something solid or put beeswax in your ears to be safe from those little sugary villians with their sirene songs :-D ;-)

Totally denying my favorite treats doesn't work for me. I allow myself a treat now and then but eat them in much smaller quantities. Hopefully you were able to put away the other box and ignore its call! emoticon emoticon

I think you should keep them for tomorrow, it's nice you have had enough tonight. Let us know how you overcame the temptation, if you ever did, lol.

Nibs are my weakness. Fortunately they don't sell them everywhere!

Throw the other box away! Still their little gremlin voices forever! emoticon

oooooooo! I love those too! So hard to pass that stuff up. I have a major sweet tooth and a skinny cow ice cream sandwich (150 cal) a couple times a week keeps me from feeling deprived.

Just pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and move forward. You stumbled, you did not fail.

It would have been the M&M's for me! And when I do mess up and buy them then I think I have to eat them quickly to get them out of the house! Oh, how wicked they are!

May you have more willpower and self-control the next time. Just start over tomorrow! You'll make it!
