IN PROGRESS GOALS
1) Maintain my weight at +10 / -14 pounds
emoticon emoticon

2) Maintain my budget and pay off 2 debts

Following the budget but some unexpected issues are requiring a major reworking of my plans. Goal is being revised to account for new circustances; budget will still be followed but debt pay off is going to be significantly slowed.

4) Resume saxophone playing and look for a band to join

Met for January, missed for February. I missed the first week of January and modified the measurement to be the equivalent of 1x per week each month, a week being defined as the number of Saturdays in the month, regardless of how the practices are spaced to allow for circumstances outside my control – such as getting too sick to practice on the scheduled day at the end of Week 1 or travel. Monthly goal is 100%, annual goal is at least 75% achievement.

7) Improve sleep habits
emoticon
Met both months; modified measurement to just be 75% attained each month instead of 4x/week minimum as the number of actual required days can vary per week and sometimes be less than 4 (the original minimum number per week)

8) Eliminate the Snooze

10) Have fun and stress less; list other monthly mini-accomplishments

Mini-accomplishments:
10a - had my 2 year Sparkversary on 1/1/13 and successfully maintained my weight loss for 1 year & 4 months.

10b - started contributing to my 401k again. I had stopped in 2008 due to the divorce since I was damned if I was going to keep contributing to something that might get awarded in part or whole to the psycho ex; HR locked it down so I couldn’t take anything out but I certainly wasn’t going to keep adding to it. Then the economy crashed in 2009 and I needed every penny to make the minimums; 2010-2011 I began digging out of the debt hole and by 2012 with the new job and preparing to move to France I somehow never got around to re-starting my contributions. Now I am way behind where I should have been so time to get serious about it again.

SCHEDULED GOALS (not yet in progress)
3) Finish my 1st Marathon
5) Travel – may need to be modified, see Goal #2

Fabulous goals! Moving to France? Joining a band? This sounds like fun! And getting a grip on stress is the best idea of all! Enjoy the rest of the weekend - hopefully there was some sunshine and an opportunity to get out and play!
