Yay I am so glad we are heading into spring time. Daylight savings time is coming which means longer days and shorter nights :)
My goals for this month.
Continue lifting heavy
Get more definition and tone up
Continue shrinking tummy
Eat healthy and try new stuff. I tried Spaghetti squash and butternut squash for the first time and I love both :)
