Happy March!

Yay I am so glad we are heading into spring time. Daylight savings time is coming which means longer days and shorter nights :)

My goals for this month.
Continue lifting heavy
Get more definition and tone up
Continue shrinking tummy
Eat healthy and try new stuff. I tried Spaghetti squash and butternut squash for the first time and I love both :)

    I cannot WAIT for Spring (and I live down South - I can't imagine how difficult the wait is for those up in snow country).

    Going to lift some weights right now. I LOVE doing upper body! Best of luck!
