emoticon Work out 30 minutes a pop at 3-4 times a week or reach 250 fitness minutes at the least this month!
emoticon Focus more on strength training and balance. Focus on QiGong, Yoga, and basic Ballet conditioning.
emoticon Meditate 3 times a week for 10 minutes a session.
emoticon Finish the fictional book I am reading, start and finish another.
emoticon Start spring cleaning!
emoticon Celebrate my birthday with a positive attitude and eff anyone who wants to try parade rain through my cloud!
