Goals for March (getting back on track)

Work out 30 minutes a pop at 3-4 times a week or reach 250 fitness minutes at the least this month!
Focus more on strength training and balance. Focus on QiGong, Yoga, and basic Ballet conditioning.
Meditate 3 times a week for 10 minutes a session.
Finish the fictional book I am reading, start and finish another.
Start spring cleaning!
Celebrate my birthday with a positive attitude and eff anyone who wants to try parade rain through my cloud!
