I have been thinking alot of the word Commitment. I commit to alot of things, my husband , my church, my friends, my faith, etc,, but what I do not do is commit to myself, I set goals that I say I am going to commit to, and then something happens usually the latter something or someone needs my time and devotion.
So for this Month , I am going to commit to myself to:
1. Excercise , I will build up to five days a week some days that may not happen but every day I am going to commit to that plan and focus on what I did do... so far four times this week i have worked out.
2. My food choices, not food that a program or people say I should eat but food I enjoy , I will not subject to foods I dislike because ,,"they are good for me" this is going to be a positive experience.
eg. How many of you choked down liver or some type of vegie because someone said its good for you , its part of your food plan , thats me all the way so no more of that.
3. I am going to walk 100 miles this month I will do my best and get as far as I can
This is what I am commiting myself too, it is time to not only put myself first but totally commit to it.
