I have tried for years to lose weight. Nothing that I did worked. Over the years I have always put everyone else before myself.
On January 1, 2013 I made up my mind that I would lose weight so that I can be healthier and around a lot longer for my children. I started my lifestyle change the first day of the year and I'm sticking to it.
I motivate myself to do what I have to do to reach my goal that I have set. I thought that it was going to be hard but instead I have learned to adopt and change the way I think, eat and exercise. My food portions are a lot smaller than what they use to be, I drink water all day, I graze by eating every 2 hours and my food choices are more healthier than what they use to be.
I thought that on my new journey I would be alone but I found that I'm not. I have a very good support system that encourges and motivates me everyday. My life has improved tremendously since I decided to change my lifestyle. It does take time to lose weight it doesn't happen overnight.
STAY MOTIVATED, ENCOURAGED, FOCUS & DETERMINED!!!!!! AND REMEMBER WE ALL HAVE TO START SOME PLACE!!!!!!!!!
