For awhile now I've used having a baby as an excuse to not exercise. I told myself that I didn't have time. My son is a very short napper (usually 45 minutes) and so i would use that time to get to relax with a cup of coffee. I watched as the scale kept creeping up until I found myself back at my pregnancy weight! Meanwhile most of the moms in my "moms group" are all back to, or almost back to, their pre-pregnancy weights.
Well I'm finally tired of being uncomfortable and so I am determined that March will be a great month for me! My goal is to lose at least 6 pounds this month! In order to do that I will MAKE it a priority to exercise. No excuses!! So far I'm off to a good start. I did a TurboFire video during my son's first nap and now i feel great!
