Each day the following has to be accomplished in order to lose weight...
1. Tracking everything that goes from the hand to the mouth. I have to hold myself accountable for what I eat!
2. The dreadful difficult time of day monster...'afternoons' If any mindless eating takes place this is the time! I have to plan for snacks...
3. Exercise...do something each day. Aim for for 60 min. 6 out of 7 days!
Definitely Do-able...the rest is up to me!
