Top Ten Things I liked About February 2013

10. Lost six pounds this month for a total of ten since the first of the year. Only 10 more to my official goal (15 to my secret goal).
9. Stayed in my calorie range for 26 days, the most in many months.
8. Bought two new pairs of pants (one jeans, one slacks for work)
7. Supported the Girl Scouts while giving away the cookies.
6. Keeping everything on track at work and actually enjoying meeting the tough challenges & hard work.
5. Stayed on track with my sitting meditation all 28 days.
4. Still enjoying the gorgeous orchid I got for Valentine’s Day.
3. Accumulated 2,140 fitness minutes.
2. Ran over 92 miles.
1. A concert which was a gift from my daughter which turned out to have two big surprises that moved me deeply.
