...could be so taxing? So I went in and took a class in Planet Fitness's 30-Minute Circuit training. The machines were a piece of cake (the ones I could do, there are four of them I can't do with my back issues so I just have to kind of jog in place for those 60 second periods). But the step exercises that you do in between the machines dern near killed me. Definitely have to do the treadmill BEFORE I do that.
Have realized my sugar dropping is going to be a problem. It's happened both days I've gone now. I really wanted to go in the morning, but I'm thinking I'm going to have to wait till after I eat lunch. That's a bummer. And it probably also means I shouldn't go alone.
So now I'm waiting to see how doing that circuit training affects my back. If I can get through the night with no leg cramps and my back isn't giving me fits in the morning, I think I'll be ok. I am anxious to see if my weight will start to drop again now. All told I did 50 minutes of cardio exercise today.
And of all the parts of me that could POSSIBLY hurt, it's my neck! No clue why. Didn't use IT for anything.
