My Goals for March to help me continue being the healthiest Towanda I can be at any weight are documented here to help me stay accountable!

Sugar Free
Jog/Walk 30 miles
Workout 4 days a week (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri)
Eat at the table with no distractions (no tv, no book, no phone, no journal)
Journal daily
Read Tarot/Meditate most days
Save money in emergency fund.
