March Goals

My Goals for March to help me continue being the healthiest Towanda I can be at any weight are documented here to help me stay accountable!

Sugar Free
Jog/Walk 30 miles
Workout 4 days a week (Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri)
Eat at the table with no distractions (no tv, no book, no phone, no journal)
Journal daily
Read Tarot/Meditate most days
Save money in emergency fund.

    Great goals. I need to take on that sugar free mode. It's truly my downfall to weight loss. Maybe we could share some tips w/ each other! (I'm currently trying dried fruit to suppress any urges for chocolate & sweets).

    It's a good job we are all different! We each have a destination in mind and our routes will be varied. I don't think jogging will be part of my route anytime soon but who knows!

These are great, attainable goals!

I'll be there with you every step to help you make sure March is your best month yet! But just confirm for me, you are adding back in natural sugars (from fruit, etc.), correct?

Going to be thinking about my March goals today and will post later.
